What is a Rear Dump Semi-Trailer?
A rear dump semi-trailer (also known as a tipper trailer) is a heavy-duty hydraulic transport vehicle designed for bulk materials. Equipped with a large-diameter HYVA lifting cylinder and a reinforced high-tensile steel box, the Kales dump trailer efficiently transports and unloads sand, gravel, coal, and heavy mining ores, handling payloads from 60 to 100 tons.

- 214mm Hydraulic Cylinders: Equipped with large-diameter cylinders, these trailers provide powerful lifting performance and effectively prevent tipping/rollover accidents during unloading.
- 4 Flipping Brackets: Unlike standard trailers with only two, the Kales rear box panel is supported by four flipping brackets. This significantly enhances cargo security and tail-gate stability under pressure.
- 70mm Central Pin: A thickened 70mm diameter central balance pin ensures the suspension system remains stable under heavy loads.
- 10mm Thick Floor: The standard trailer floor is made of 10mm high-strength steel, designed to withstand the severe impact of loading rocks and gravel.

2. Payload Mastery: 50T to 100T Customization
Beyond our standard specs, we offer tailored chassis reinforcement for extreme mining conditions:
- Standard Heavy Duty (50-60 Tons):
Perfect for sand, gravel, and general construction. Features the standard 10mm high-tensile floor and 8mm side walls. Standard 3-axle configuration. - Super Heavy Duty (80-100 Tons):
Designed for mining ore and large rocks. We upgrade the floor to 12mm-14mm HARDOX/High-Tensile Steel, reinforce the main beam with triple layers, and install 4 Axles for optimal weight distribution and braking power.
